Sales Officer

Job Description:

1. Generate enquiries for Tracked Excavators, Wheeled Loaders, and Compactors from the assigned market.
2. Conduct sales promotion activities, product demonstrations, roadshows, and brand-building initiatives.
3. Meet existing customers, prospective customers, and financiers to develop business opportunities.
4. Analyze and review lost sales cases on a monthly basis to identify improvement areas.
5. Coordinate with service engineers for customer complaints and ensure timely resolution for customer satisfaction.
6. Develop, maintain, and expand the customer base while providing effective support to existing customers.
7. Drive sales growth by increasing product sales and exploring new business opportunities through various market channels.
8. Plan area-wise customer visits and activities to achieve sales objectives and business targets.
9. Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Note:
Petrol/fuel expenses incurred for official sales-related travel will be reimbursed by the company.

Joining formalities will be completed at Navi Mumbai. After joining, the candidate will be responsible for the Palghar to Andheri territory and will report online to the management
